Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All orders received after 6pm will begin processing the next business day.

 

Please, allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers are sent via email 12-24 hours after orders are processed. Shipping is approximately 3-7 business days and once your order has been shipped you will receive USPS updates of tracking in
real time. Currently shipping is estimated to be 2-5
business days AFTER PROCESSING in some cases sooner or longer (BIG RESTOCKS & HOLIDAYS. Please
be aware we are not responsible for packages that are
lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit. Please be
mindful some packages are not scanned into the USPS
system until they have reached their destination so give
it time.

All sales are FINAL! Due to the nature of our product, there are no refunds. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair, or products that have been used or altered. Exchanges may be made if there is an error on our end. To qualify for a product exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.  The hair must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. If the item has been altered, the exchange policy will be void. By proceeding to place an order you are confirming that you have read and fully understand and are agreeing to the policy above also agreeing NOT to file a Chargeback with your bank.
