Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated shipping transit time is 2–7 business days after processing. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that some USPS packages may not receive tracking updates immediately and may not be scanned until they reach a processing facility or destination.

Shipping Insurance

All USPS shipments from It’s Sticky are shipped with insurance coverage.

If a package is lost, damaged, or confirmed missing during transit, customers may be required to cooperate in the filing of an insurance claim. Once the carrier’s investigation and insurance claim process has been completed and the claim has been approved, a replacement order or other resolution may be offered at the discretion of It’s Sticky.

Insurance claims are subject to USPS policies, timelines, and approval requirements. Customers must report lost, damaged, or missing packages within 14 days of the last tracking update to be eligible for assistance.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact USPS directly and submit a Missing Mail Search Request. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping documentation needed for the claim process.

While we are committed to helping customers resolve shipping issues, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages mishandled by USPS after they have been accepted by the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, worn, altered, or damaged products.

Exchanges are only offered if:

  • The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
  • The item arrives damaged due to our error.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved exchanges must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Any product that has been opened, used, altered, or damaged by the customer is not eligible for exchange.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

It’s Sticky is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
